Managing Partners
Ken is a commercial and residential building and property developer with more than 40 years of experience. Born and raised in Arizona, he learned the trades from the ground up. Ken grew up in a family of builders and began working with his father’s and uncle’s construction companies at an early age. In 2008, Ken added certifications in thermal imaging, indoor air quality, and mold inspections, and he started AZ Healthy Homes specializing in the detection and eradication of household contaminants and odors. On the commercial side, Ken has built or remodeled strip malls, grocery stores, tanning salons, dry cleaners, a brewery, and several brand name outlets such as McDonalds, Osco Drug Stores, Michaels, and Tux N Tails.
Ken’s residential experience started with building Hallcraft Homes with his father and later led to Shea Homes where he built 3,500 to 5,000 square-foot, high-end, million-dollar homes. Ken’s cumulative and broad skill set makes him an asset to any builder or investor because he can determine the true, behind-the-walls condition of any building or rehab project.

Trish brings decades of experience working at a Fortune 50 company running a $1 Billion IT development program. Her experience in managing and reporting these investments, as well as her understanding of asset protection, tax minimization (legally), and investing through retirement accounts is a great fit to help our investors connect with the support and service they need.
Trish started with the team as an investor. She wanted to put her hard-earned money to work with people she trusts to get the job done correctly and to maximize returns. She and Ken worked so well together on their initial deals that they decided to work together full-time to create many more investment opportunities.

Jason is President of Pero Real Estate LLC which was founded in 2001 with his wife Nadia. Jason has owned and operated over $48,000,000 of real estate assets in Erie County comprised of over 1000 multifamily rental units.
Pero Real Estate is one of the largest real estate investment companies in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Current President of the Apartment Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania and board member for 15 years, Jason takes pride in educating landlords and real estate investors.
